Country Place Senior Living opened our first Assisted Living residence in Hoisington, KS in 2003. Company founder Jack West had a vision to provide Assisted Living services to rural communities that have been traditionally underserved or not served at all. He wanted to create a residence for seniors that was welcoming, well-designed and focused on the specific needs of older adults in a warm, homelike environment.
Country Place Memory Care Provides a full range of Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Services. Our integrated business model provides a seamless transition for those Assisted Living residents who may require Memory Care in the future.
In 2011 Country Place Senior Living was acquired by Dallas-based CP Homes which has plans to grow the company nationwide. The first phase of this ongoing growth began with the construction of additional residences throughout Alabama and Texas. At the same time, the company continues to identify multiple markets for future expansion. As the needs of rural seniors in these areas grow Country Place Senior Living will continue to expand its footprint throughout the United States.
